So I’ve been addicted lately to this easy and quick meal. I actually saw it on a youtube channel and I just revisited the recipe in my own way. I’m sharing this with you, it’s a meal that you can do if you a don’t want to cook or if you are on the go because it doesn’t take no more than 10min and let me tell you, it’s just BOOOMB!
- Spinach tortilla (You can use any kind, whole wheat, tomatoes etc…)
- Jerk chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1- Heat the tortilla in microwave for 15 to 30 seconds
2-On the tortilla spread the tablespoon of mayonnaise
3- Add the salad, then the chicken breast and then roll the wrap
4- Remove the skin of the cucumber and cut it in a stick .
5- In a bowl rinse the cucumber and add a pinch of salt and let it soak for 5-10min
6- Cut the wrap in half and dispose it in a plate next to your cucumber
